30 clean and jerks

Notes: This is definitely a tougher workout than the typical Thursday active recovery, however, it’s a good one for murph prep. Base your pace and workout on how you’re feeling for the day. This workout comes down to the burpees at the end. By the time you get to the burpees you should feel like you can keep a steady pace for all 100 of them. Clean and jerks should be quick singles. You can push the first run, knowing you will be able to catch your breath a bit on the rope climbs. Be smart on the second run to set yourself up for success on the burpees.
