A Message from Andrea

Fitness changed my life in ways I never imagined. After starting functional training in 2013, I found purpose, challenge, and a community that pushed me to grow. Over the years, I competed at an elite level for a decade, but what drives me most today is helping others find their strength—both physically and mentally.

At Timberwolf Fitness, we believe fitness should be accessible and empowering. Whether you’re new to working out or a lifelong athlete, our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow from there. Our experienced coaches are here to guide, encourage, and support you every step of the way.

Timberwolf Fitness began with a simple mission: to create a training space where everyone feels supported, challenged, and part of something bigger. In 2019, longtime member and elite athlete Andrea Nisler took ownership of the gym, transforming it into the strong, inclusive community it is today.
