PROGRAMS

We offer Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Nutrition Coaching. Our programs are designed to be scalable for those just starting out, all the way to high level athletes.

NUTRITION

We offer 1-on-1 nutrition coaching. Whether your plan is for overall health, weight loss or muscle gain, we can customize a nutrition plan that will work with your lifestyle and work for you. We follow a science-based individual plan with guidance throughout for the duration of your program. Email us for pricing and plan options. 

 

FACILITY

Our 6,000 sq ft facility is fully equipped with the latest cardio equipment from Concept 2, Rogue, and Assault Fitness. For busy parents, we offer a kids’ playroom to make it easier to enjoy a peaceful workout. Plus, our two large garage doors open up to provide fresh air, natural light, and seamless access for outdoor activities.
