CROSSFIT:

Our CrossFit classes are an hour long with programming intended to create constantly varied exercises to shape well rounded athletes. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to try us out, as are seasoned CrossFit athletes. Our programming can be tailored to fit any fitness level!

POWERLIFTING/OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING:

Our Power and Olympic Lifting Classes are taught by elite level lifters whose main focus is learning to coach Power Lifting and Olympic Lifting. We are proud to offer these classes taught by the best in Minnesota! Each class has specific programming tailored to improve power output and technique to make anyone a better lifter. The classes are for everyone at every level!

We offer one on one or small group personal training sessions for anyone and any goal. Whether you are looking to lose weight, work on specific movement training, or want to get ready for an upcoming race, we will match you with the right trainer to fit your goals.
