Seargeant Hillbo worked for the Minneapolis Police Department for 22 years, where he served to keep our community safe as a SWAT sniper, a trained paramedic, and the MPD’s medical training coordinator. Griffin was a member of our Timberwolf community who lost his life to ALS in 2020. This workout is dedicated to him and all of the first responders who keep our community safe.
