30 Double Unders into a complex of: Clean + Jerk + front squat + Jerk

Set B:

200m Row

10 Hand Release Pushups
Scaled Singles, Pushups on knees

*to minimize equipment pair off and start on separate parts (you can each still have own barbell)

part B score is slowest round (keep track each time), part A you have 8 rounds to build to top set, I recommend staying light to start then bigger jumps at the end
