Max Calories on Machine of Choice

Every 3:00 (including 0:00) complete:

15 Air Squats

10 Push Ups

5 Pull Ups
-Flow: at 3-2-1 go you’ll complete 15 Squats, 10 Push Ups, 5 Pull Ups, then hop on your machine and accumulate calories until the 3:00 mark. At that time, you complete another round of Squats, Push Ups, and Pull Ups before hopping back on the machine and continuing to accumulate. Your score will be the total calories at the end of the 24 minutes.
