5 Rounds:
10 Bench Press (use a moderate weight 7RPE across all sets)
10/10 Lateral DB Step-Ups (hold 1DB in the goblet position)
20/15 Cal Machine Sprint
(try to use a different machine for each round; echo, bike erg, runner, ski, rower)
**the intent for this workout is to use the bench/step-ups as strength but also active recovery type movements. Each time on the machine you should give ALL out efforts. Think about rotating through this 1 set every 5-6min.
