RX+: 30/20lb wall ball, 185/125lb lb barbell

RX: 20/14 lb wall ball, 155/105 barbell

Scaled: 14/10 lb wall ball, 95/65 barbell, hanging knee raises

1 round of DT = 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, 6 push jerks

You must finish 1 round of DT before your partner can pick up the barbell. Split wall balls and ttb as needed

Solo: half the reps and rounds but rest 2:00 after each time you complete the DT Rounds
