1 Wall Walks

2 Plate Pinch Carry (15′ down 15′ back = 1 rep)

3 Overhead Squats
Scaled- Attempt wall walk, or 10sec plank = 1 rep, 25/15 plates, 95/65

RX- 45/25s, 135/95

*divide into 3 sections and start on different implements so you can share plates/bars

Overhead Squat (Rest 8:00 then Build to 3rm in 10:00)

We dont work on these a lot so either build or spend the time using just a BB or PVC to work on mobility/Range of motion
