Each Oly class will have 2 options.

Option 1 is for those who have completed the WOD

Option 2 is for those who have not done the WOD or those who are feeling good.

Tempo snatch + Snatch balance (Checkmark)

Option 1: 1×5 @ 60-65%

Option 2: 5x(2+1) @ 60-70%

Power Snatch (Option 1: 5×1 @ 55-65%
Option 2: 5×2 @ 60-70%)

Muscle Clean + Dip Clean + Jerk

Option 1 & 2: 5×1+2+2 @ 50%

Clean Pull + Floating Clean + Jerk

Option 1: 5x(2+1+1) @ 60-70% – float power instead of float clean

Option 2: 5x(1+2+1) @ 65-70%

Clean and Jerk (Option 1: 3-5×1 @ 65-75%
Option 2: Clean + Front Squat + Jerk 5×1 @ 70-75%)
