for RDLs put the ball of your foot on a 25lb plate to help stretch the hamstrings

Use 2 DBs for the RDLs and 1 DB For Goblet

If you use 2 15’s for the 15 rep RDL use 1 15 for the 15 Goblets

take a :90 rest after each set, add weight each round as reps drop
