Timberwolf Fitness Roseville – CrossFit WOD
With a Partner:
10 x 400 meter run (switching every other run) While one partner is running, the other partner is completing:
20 air squats
10 toes to bar (scaled, knees to elbows)
Scaled: 85/55, RX: 105/85
You cannot start the run or air squats until your partner is done with their section.
If solo: do 5 rounds of the above with a 2 minute rest after each round
